I’m Beth — a qualified nurse, EFT practitioner, and plant-based nutrition coach. My own health journey, including years of misdiagnosis and recovery, showed me just how powerful nutrition and holistic practices can be in transforming well-being.

What started as a small charity cake stall to fund my treatment has grown into Sunryes Health — where I now help others embrace plant-powered living without restriction. I’m passionate about showing that nourishing your body doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love.
